Delivery Times: All our orders are shipped with either Parcel Force or Royal Mail. We offer 2 working day delivery service on nearly all our stock items. Sometimes orders placed later in the day will not be shipped until the next working day to reach you the day after. orders over £50 will be shipped either First Class or parcel Force depending on the weight of item. Orders below £50 will be shipped using Second Class service. Returns Policy: Our products should meet or exceed your expectations. However if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we offer a 14 day "no quibble" guarantee. Our "no quibble" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us within 14 days of the date you received the item, complete unused, with its original packaging and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. Please note: we can only guarantee a full refund of used items if they are faulty. Any duplicatable products such as Videos or DVDs can only be exchanged if they are faulty. Please see our exchange policy for used products you are not entirely satisfied with.
