Have you damaged your kite?!

Unfortunatelly accidents do happen in kiting and you may end up with a damaged kite. Please remember, Flexifoil and Ozone offer a free kite repair service if you damage your kite within the first month of your purchase. You can contact them direct and ask for assistance. You will need to provide the shop reference and a copy of your receipt as proof of purchase.

For those who had an unlucky accident after the first month of purchase, the following companies are recommended for their quality repair work and knowledge on the materials technology. We therefore suggest that all repairs should be sent direct to any of these companies if you damage your kite. Please note, any warranty or quality control issues should still be directed to the manufacturer of your kite.
