Subject: Recent purchase
Chaps,
Just a short note to thank you for your excellent service. I received my purple 2.5m Bullet last week, and was allowed to play with it over the weekend - it was a present from the wife, and she'd placed an embargo on it until our anniversary arrived.
So, first time out, and everything worked just as it should. Great package from Flexifoil, I might add. Winds were around the 8mph mark (as indicated by my freebie windmeter), which was just right for a first outing. Flew for about an hour, until my arms felt completely knackered.
Back out again next day, and this time wifey had a shot. For someone who couldn't see the point in a 35+ year old bloke flying a kite, she underwent a rapid conversion, and I had trouble getting my new plaything back. This is a good thing. I can see that this enthusiasm on her part might make any future purchases easier if I can offer her use of the Bullet.
Still got a grin on from Sunday. Still ache.

In July I bought a landboard and it arrived the next day WOW! Then yesterday at 4:30 PM I ordered replacement bearings and hubs. Arrived todat at 11 AM and I am off to the beach!

Not really an enquiry I just wanted to congratulate you on a great service. I think people are to quick to complain about stuff but never say anything positive when its deserved.
Basically I first came across the website after searching to find somewhere I could have some Kite Landboarding lessons (as I suck). I called up and spoke to a guy called Justin who was really friendly and really made me want to come and spend the money on the lesson. Im currently wanting to get a new kite for the summer (eyes on the flexi Rage) so I stopped by the webpage. And to be honest the prices are just about the same on all the other online stores so it must be hard to draw new buyers in. But its the customer service that adds up. I think your website is really well laid out and all the info is easy to find and well displayed. I also found reviews helpful and the stock very up to date and complete. And just to speak to someone who is obviously very passionate and enthusiastic about the sport is awesome, Trust me its getting harder and harder to come by. Oh and of course to free dilivery helps sway to choice also
I'll be buying from 'extremekiteshop' and recommending friends to do the same!
